Sustainable trade show booths: lower emissions, same visual impact

Reduce CO2 emissions from your trade show booths by up to 87% with Henoto’s patented modular technology. Discover how to turn every booth setup into a circular project.

Every year, thousands of trade show booths are dismantled and disposed of as hazardous waste after a single use. Wooden panels, honeycomb structures, and single-use plastics generate tons of waste and a significant carbon footprint. Henoto has chosen a different path.

The Neutral Way is the philosophy that guides the design and construction of sustainable exhibition stands across all sectors: from exhibits to temporary structures, and from contract projects to retail. It is a design approach rooted in the circular economy, aimed at reducing environmental impact at every stage—from the selection of recyclable materials to production, transportation, and reuse.

Thanks to patented technologies, modular aluminum structures, and fully recyclable fabrics, every booth built according to The Neutral Way can be dismantled, refurbished, and put back into circulation for over 100 cycles, eliminating the concept of waste at the end of an event.

The Good House · The Iconic Project

The end of disposable booths: 800 square meters that have revolutionized the industry.

With its 800 square meters of sustainable exhibition space, The Good House has demonstrated that it is possible to create high-impact exhibition stands without generating waste. Presented at the 2022 Salone del Mobile in collaboration with LAGO Design and the Spinlife research center at the University of Padua, this 100% custom-made “Tailoring” project has anticipated and given concrete form to the principles of The Neutral Way

At the heart of the installation is the integration of Tools—Henoto’s patented modular system—with materials chosen to last well beyond a single trade show: load-bearing structures made of aluminum, which is virtually infinitely recyclable, and coverings made of CoverUp, a fully recyclable fabric with zero environmental impact

Every component of the booth was designed to be disassembled, refurbished, and reused after the trade show, effectively eliminating the problem of waste from the installation. This approach, inspired by the circular economy model, combines innovation, sustainability, and design, creating a tangible synergy between nature, technology, and people.
